HOW WE ENGAGE

A business model built for accountability.

Choose the service level and commercial structure that fit the work. Every engagement moves from a confirmed scope to a written proposal, signed agreement, delivery process, and documented handoff.

ENGAGEMENT TIERS

Solo, Professional, or Agency.

The tier controls delivery depth, collaboration, support, and complexity. It does not replace the project scope: final inclusions and prices are confirmed in writing.

TIER 01

Solo

Focused delivery for founders and small businesses with a defined objective and limited coordination needs.

  • Lean scope and essential features
  • Direct project communication
  • Standard delivery and support
  • Best for one primary decision-maker
Choose Solo
TIER 03

Agency

Custom engagement for multi-system work, larger teams, regulated requirements, or ongoing delivery portfolios.

  • Custom scope and workstreams
  • Multiple stakeholders or brands
  • Governance and reporting plan
  • Custom support and service levels

COMMERCIAL MODELS

Match the agreement to the work.

A tier describes service depth. The agreement type determines how scope, delivery, billing, changes, and cancellation are managed.

MODEL.01

Fixed-Price Project

A defined deliverable, schedule, milestone plan, and price for a new product, setup, migration, or other bounded outcome.

Best forNew builds, launches & defined transformations

MODEL.03

AI-as-a-Service

Recurring operation and improvement of AI bots or phone workflows, with platform usage and limits documented separately.

Best forAutomated intake, support & communications

DELIVERY SYSTEM

Clear decisions from first call to handoff.

The process scales with the tier, but the operating discipline stays the same.

STEP 01

Qualify

Confirm business objective, service, tier, constraints, decision-makers, budget expectations, and target timing.

STEP 02

Scope & Contract

Define deliverables, exclusions, price, milestones or monthly coverage, dependencies, and cancellation terms.

STEP 03

Deliver

Build or operate through visible checkpoints, documented decisions, testing, and approved changes.

STEP 04

Launch & Support

Release, hand off, monitor, maintain, or transition according to the selected model and signed agreement.

WORKING RULES

What keeps scope and costs predictable.

Straightforward rules help both parties make decisions before they become schedule or budget problems.

01

Scope is written

Website descriptions and starting prices are not the final contract. Deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance criteria go into the proposal and agreement.

02

Changes are approved

Requests outside the signed scope may change price, timing, or both. Material changes require written confirmation before work proceeds.

03

Third-party costs stay visible

Cloud usage, advertising spend, telephone usage, licenses, app-store fees, and platform charges are identified separately unless expressly included.

04

Cancellation follows the agreement

The standard seven-business-day initial window, monthly notice period, earned work, and prepaid unearned balances are explained in the agreement and public policies.

CHOOSING A PATH

Start with the outcome, then choose the structure.

DEFINED OUTCOME

Choose a fixed-price project

Use this when you can identify a specific launch, build, integration, or setup with an acceptance point.

CONTINUOUS NEED

Choose monthly services

Use this when the business needs recurring maintenance, optimization, management, support, or delivery capacity.

SMALLER SCOPE

Start with Solo

Use this for a concentrated objective, fewer integrations, and a simple decision path.

MULTI-SYSTEM SCOPE

Use Professional or Agency

Use these when complexity, stakeholders, governance, integrations, or support expectations increase.

Final determination: RankCore reviews the requested service, risk, timeline, dependencies, and operational demands before confirming a tier or agreement type. Agency engagements are always contacted and determined through a custom proposal.

CHOOSE WITH CONFIDENCE

We will recommend the model—not force the tier.

Tell us the outcome, budget range, deadline, and level of ongoing support you expect.
